- Meet with you for an initial consultation to discuss your vision and expectations for your wedding

- Establish a check list

- Create and maintain a realistic budget and ensure that you remain within the budget

- Assist in the creation and design of theme and decor for the ceremony and reception

- Schedule appointments with vendors and attend them with you to make sure that all of the appropriate questions are asked

- Contact all vendors and review all details

- Coordinate your rehearsal 

- Direct all vendors on the day of your wedding so that everything remains on schedule

- Ensure that the ceremony and reception sites are set up and decorated exactly according to your wishes
